Park West

In 1999, the 230acre Park West project was launched. It was to be Irelands largest commercial and residential campus.

Planning issues were raised as to the size of the development, with additional concern over the height of the main residential tower (later omitted from the scheme). In total, eleven photomontages were produced for the planning application along with ten computer generated images for marketing purposes.

As with Minoco Wharf, due to the size of the proposed scheme, the images had to be Verified Views, however as this project pre-dates GPRS equipment, the views were verified using a traditional survey team - see Ordnance Survey section.
